Every week i spend and average of 11 hours on the underground , thats nearly a whole day , now because of that i see alot of things and also learn alot.
What i love most about it all is those funny moments were everyone wants to laugh but we don’t because were 'British' and 'reserved', well im not i just laugh and look like a twat.
The funniest thing i saw was a woman ran for the train and one of her heels fell of before she got on the train she had to grab it before the doors shut , but then she bopped down the carriage , that i just laughed at loudly - and that is why i dont wear heels FOOLS lol
I do love it when someone embarrasses themselves , like when the heads get hit by the doors, or when the run for the train just as the doors about to close and they do some Indiana Jones dive into the train then the doors shut and everyone looks at that person like there crazy , funny times :) i must say ive definitely had my fair share of moments, falling onto the train , falling off the train , accidentally throwing a pen at someone’s head, slapping someone’s head on the way out (no joke , and he was bald), its worse at the station , i ALWAYS fall at Acton town , without a doubt!
The underground can also be a little freaky , see some weird ass people on there. For example today a man started singing Frank Sinatra whilst trying to steal someone’s book?! wth?! And there’s the lot i call the 'Canary Wharf' lot , those people with blackberry , suites and trainers , umbrellas on sunny days , briefcases that smack you , the big newspapers, the lamest conversations '-i like brown' -'nice', and the constant staring at your non-High St.Ken clothes ha ha.
Then there’s romance on the underground...o yes romance, you know when you see someone nice and you do the 'eye contact' thing , i do like those moments , there’s even a whole section to it in the London paper LOL
So yeah i love the underground! So Bloody much!
:)
peace like
